To stay in shape during pregnancy number two, Jessica avoided diet traps. "I've banned my loving husband from cooking a half a pack of bacon every morning and ordering or buying five desserts for dinner every night," she wrote on her blog last year. "We both put on a lot of weight the first time around and made a pact this time to eat better."
